Visceral has revealed that it plans to launch the Battlefield Hardline beta for all platforms this autumn before the game releases.

Writing on the Battlefield blog, Visceral boss Steve Papoutsis said:

“If you didn’t get a chance to play the Battlefield Hardline beta this time around don’t worry, we have your back as we’ll be launching another beta this fall on all announced platforms that will showcase more. Stay tuned to hear more later this year.”

He also went on to explain how the game is shaping up, which will apparently offer new game modes to play off the cops and robbers theme, including the return of fan favourites.

Papoutsis says Visceral will be showing off more of the game’s single-player campaign in July, so we look forward to seeing more of that next month.

Battlefield Hardline is out on October 7th, for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
