Gears of War fans raise 6-figure sum Jennifer Taylor 6 September, 2010 Features, News, Videos Now the ‘Save Carmine’ campaign is over, from Gears of War makers Epic Games, Carmine’s fate is now sealed. However that’s not the only thing Cliff Bleszinski and Rod Fergusson have to celebrate. All the proceeds from buying the ‘Save Carmine’ or ‘Carmine must Die’ t-shirts, be it virtual on Xbox Live avatars, or from their partners, NECA, who made real t-shirts to buy have now been counted.
